VALIDATION OF ORDERS

It is possible that we cannot accept some orders, that we have to cancel, for whatever reason. SAMEDIA CORP authorizes the payment of the total balance of your order at the time of settlement. In case of stock shortage or unavailability, we will inform you. You will not be charged until your payment method has been authorized by you and the accuracy of the order information has been verified. In the event that your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Cases that may result in the cancellation of your order: limitation of quantities available for purchase, errors in technical information or prices, problems in the payment interface of the website, etc.

We also reserve the right to ask the customer for verification or additional information in order to place an order.

We will contact you if your order is totally or partially cancelled.

TYPOS, ERRATA OR PRINCING ERRORS

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through Shopify with various methods from credit cards to Google Pay. If you are using a credit card, please make sure billing and shipping addresses could be verified anytime with the bank the card belongs to. All orders are subject to further verification from SAMEDIA CORP. The customer could be asked to email clear copies/photos for personal identification, front and back of their credit card, etc.

SALES TERMS

• PURCHASES; PRICES; PAYMENT : Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Published prices include taxes and shipping and may be changed without notice. Open accounts are available on approval. Payment on open accounts is due within 30 days of shipment. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Discover, Elo, FB Pay, Google Pay, Pay Pal, JBC are accepted for orders. Credit card arrangements are subject to change. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders.
• LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY : Our only warranty obligation is to replace any item proved defective in material or workmanship.
