SHIPPING AREAS

We can ship to any address in USA through our online store.

Delivery is assured for U.S continental states.

Delivery is not currently assured for Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall islands, Northern Mariana islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin islands, and Armed forces in Americas, Europe and Pacific.

SHIIPPING COSTS

• Orders worth less then $200.00 (ex VAT) : $25 (flat rate)
• Orders worth from/over $200.00 : FREE delivery

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

We will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

DELIVERY TIME

Our shipping department is hard working to achieve the delivery of your order to be secure and on-time. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Delivery time exceeded : in general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 - 10 working days. Please note that all items out of stock should be delivered in 10 days approximatively. When the products are available in our US stock, delivery time is about 3-5 days. For products outside our US stock, they will be delivered from our german global stock so you could wait probably more for 8-10 days. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

All days stated are business days excluding weekends and holidays.
We may use services depending on transit time and availablility.

All delivery terms are determined by the carriers. Their stated days of delivery refer to business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In some areas, some services may not be available.

 

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. After the order has been dispatched, the a change of delivery address will cause costs which will be charged to the customers account.

 

BUYER RESPONSABILITIES

Please provide us with an accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address; carrier address correction fees will be charged.
We are not responsible for items left at your front door.
Check your package before signing it; refuse the package if it appears damaged by the shipper.

 

FREIGHT SHIPPING

Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit. SAMEDIA TOOLS is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping.

It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. We recommend removing any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product, before the driver leaves. In addition, please count the product before signing the delivery receipt.
