SAMEDIA CORP has a 14-day full no hassle guarantee, subject to the following:

1- We guarantee all of our products to be free from manufacturer's defects.

2- All our products carry a 30-day, risk-free, money-back guarantee so as long as the item(s) have never been used, or 14 days if used.

3- After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.

4- Special orders will not be accepted for return.

5- Products may only be returned once the customer receives written authorization from SAMEDIA CORP. If the return is authorized by SAMEDIA CORP a return authorization number (RAN)  will be issued to the customer. Products returned must have the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the box. Merchandise shall be returned freight prepaid unless approved otherwise. All returns NOT accompanied by an RAN will be refused. All documentation and RAN must accompany the return along with the original invoice number and an explanation why the product is being returned so that SAMEDIA CORP may inspect the product accordingly.

6- The products must be returned by the original person who purchased the product and must have been bought directly from SAMEDIA CORP.

7- You must return the product with the original receipt (purchase or gift receipt) from SAMEDIA CORP.

8- SAMEDIA CORP does reserve the right to not grant a return if we feel that someone is abusing our return & refund policy for personal gain.

9- Refundable products must come with their original package, which must neither have been destroyed nor damaged. The products must be in resalable condition.

10- Upon arrival, all items will be evaluated for credit. If an item is deemed defective, a credit will be issued towards any replacement order.  

11- Any claim of shortage, damage, defects or wrong items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

12- Unopened items could be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

13- Returning transportation is customer’s responsibility. Care must be taken to package all returns to ensure that they are not damaged in shipment. SAMEDIA CORP will not credit items returned that have not been properly packed and as a result have sustained damage in shipment back to our facility.

14- We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).

15- Maximum refund delay: 4 weeks from your return (with proof return) to the acceptance from your bank of our request.

16- Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging carefully.  If the product is damaged, please take photos and send them to us immediately so that we may assist in replacing the order. 
 
17- The customer must submit a claim to the carrier when items they received are damaged. 
 
18- Free items : items offered with purchase of an item must also be returned. If not, you will be charged the retail price for it.  
 
19- Do not institute a charge back with your credit card company before contacting us. If you do not contact us, you will be liable for all fees imposed upon us for a charge back.

LIMITED WARRANTY

SAMEDIA CORP guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products purchased from our website.

SAMEDIA CORP reserves the right to pro-rate any warranty based on tool life prior to failure.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by abuse, misuse, or normal wear from usage.

The user assumes the responsibility of determining the suitability of the products for their intended use.

In no event shall SAMEDIA CORP be responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.
